Clinical Nutrition Appointments

As an experienced nutritionist, we see clients daily via Zoom. Our services include nutrition consultations, dietary plans and testing services. We uncover the root cause of issues such as resistance to weight loss, food sensitivities, digestion imbalance, hormone fluctuations, vitamin deficiencies and much more.

“I’ve worked with Jon since the very beginning. I started working with Jon as I had unexplained hair loss/thinning, inflammation and bloating. In a short time, I saw tremendous results. He was very patient with me in finding out what foods do and don’t work for me.
— Christina B. New York, NY

We Focus On Identifying The Cause Of Your Health Concern

Initial Clinical Consultation:

In the initial meeting we discuss your concerns and understand the history of your health. We will then take basic biometrics, establish your nutrition guidelines and answer any questions you have. In follow up visits, we will reevaluate your biometrics for progress (digestion, weight, body fat, blood pressure, resting heart rate, measurements, etc.), check in and go over how everything is going, answer any current questions you have, review blood work (as applicable), discuss dietary changes and adjust your macronutrients based on how you're feeling and progressing.

Your First Visit Includes:

  • 75 to 90 minute initial meeting

  • Basic biometrics

  • Deep health history including current dietary state

  • “Quick Win” recommendations and health protocols

  • Initial recommendations for testing and followup

  • Answer nutrition related questions

  • Unlimited text message and email support as needed

Follow Up Consultations:

In follow up visits, we will review blood work or testing that was ordered (as applicable), review nutrition plan recommendations, reevaluate your biometrics for progress (weight, body fat, blood pressure, resting heart rate, measurements, etc.), check in and go over how everything is going, answer any current questions you have, discuss dietary changes and adjust your nutrition based on how you're feeling and progressing. We recommend follow up visits every 3-4 weeks or as often as needed to meet your goals.

Your Follow Up Sessions Include:

  • 30-45 minute follow up meeting

  • Review blood work or applicable test results

  • Basic biometrics

  • Recommended eating plan and nutrition approach (protocol, macronutrients, client workbook, etc)
