Handstand Pushup Program

This program will last 12 weeks and will have you completing accessory work 4 times a week, each day focused on a different key element in developing the strength and technique to either improve your handstand push ups or get closer to achieving your first! 

This plan was put together based on all the accessory work I’ve been doing over the last 3 years that has helped me go from celebrating my first time kicking up into a handstand to getting my first RX HSPU and now perfecting and further developing these movements. An RX HSPU felt SO far away 3 years ago but the journey has been worth it. My hope for you is that over the course of the next 12 weeks you push through the ups and downs, setbacks and triumphs, and get closer to your goals!
